YOU’VE GOT TO KNOW WHY SOME PEOPLE SAY I’M COMMITING BUSINESS SUICIDE WITH THIS TAPE

In August of 2003, I took my daughter Nicki to East Africa on a research trip for a new series of books, and a movie script. I travel a lot, and an exercise program needing NO EQUIPMENT is vital. Here’s me doing Coach Sonnon’s “Quad Switch” drill on a rock about 300 feet above the Serengeti Plain in Tanzania…

And here’s a picture of my gorgeous daughter Nicki in our camp atop Ngorogoro crater:

About ten minutes after that picture was taken, that elephant in the background charged our camp! We all scrambled madly for safety. Aside from mild heart attacks, everyone was o.k., but moments like that let you know just how fragile life is. On our way home (a 20-hour flight!) I did a lot of thinking about life. I realized that my daughter was no longer a child, and I wanted desperately to be certain that all of the things I’ve learned over the course of my life, all of the most essential knowledge, would be available to Nicki (and new baby boy!) in case anything ever happened to me. Would be available to the thousands of students and friends who’ve begged me to put this material on tape for them.

So I made a decision that MY BUSINESS PARTNERS SAID WAS CRAZY.

I decided to do a “Core Dump” of the most important things I’ve learned about fitness, health, performance, and success—all in one place. This is why the FIVE MINUTE MIRACLE tapes contain FAR MORE than they “should” by business standards. I don’t care. I don’t make my living selling exercise videos. I want to get this information out there, and NOW! I trust that if you don’t WANT this additional material, you’re smart enough to HIT THE RE-WIND BUTTON! Duh!

Maybe in a few months when I have more time I’ll re-edit this material into four separate tapes, expand it and charge about two hundred bucks. But for now, a LIMITED TIME ONLY, what you’re getting is the accumulated wisdom of over THIRTY YEARS of research, spanning thousands of miles of travel, thousands of hours of instruction, and perhaps THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS in cost.

Here’s what you’ll get, All On One Tape.
